My BIZ needed HELP so I got the help I needed.

Getting an Admin has taken away 70 PLUS PERCENT of my Social Media work. Yup THIS social media manager has a social media manager.



I’m a content creator so taking time like inputting in the content to Canva templates, recreating templates, scheduling templates is TIME consuming. Hiring an admin has allowed me to do what I do best- be more creative, write quality content and come up with more ideas that will excel my business(es).


📌Work smarter not harder- learn to deligate some of your tasks.


📌Invest in getting help to free up your time - this may mean you have to cut back on the excessive shopping, eating out and heading to the bar. Make sacrifices for your business, it deserves it.


📌Use social media for your benefit and DONT let it USE you. Tell your followers/friends online what it is you do. They may not hire you, they may not need your services but they may know someone who does.


📌Don’t rush! Man oh man- this the one. I fooled myself into thinking Imma be a millionaire tomorrow and I found myself working more than I desired to and to end up ALMOST burnt out. So I stepped back, took a breather and went back in this entrepreneur game with a strategy that works. A huge part of that strategy was getting an admin that helps me SO MUCH!!!


📌Find what you can automate. Are you responding to every DM, every comment - here’s a secret- you don’t have to. Are you manually scheduling EVERY post (even in your FB groups)? Social Media is getting smarter, use their automative tools to help you be successful.


And last but not least RELAX and have FUN. Don’t get burned out and lose the passion for your business.
